Do you think that the fabric starch idea (like you use with fabric) will work to hang the torn paper bags to the wall? That way it could be removed easily when you want to change it out.
Maybe it would work.

I just want to Thank You for answering my question. We moved in to our new apartment almost two months ago and guess what.. I did my room exactly the way you described to me here!! I guess that what comes from watching you for so many years!! I still have some finishing touches to make to the room and then I will send in some pics of the finished room...
