Matt and I can always count on Chris, our Tupperware consultant to bring us great recipes. These hold a special place in my heart for two reasons; I love Jell-O, and my mom had the Jel-Ring Mold and I remember her making all sorts of neat holiday salad in it and changing the center design for each holiday. That was 40 years ago, so I’m sure it’s a little different now! In an event, check out Chris’ Cranberry-Orange Jelled Salad along with all the other great Jell-O recipes she is sharing.
Here are some recipes that my family loves. They’re easy and beautiful, and there’s always room for…”
And here’s another one from Chris that sounds just divine. Of course I love any dessert that includes ice cream!
I’ve had this so many times in my lifetime and it’s just delicious. However, I will say there is something that can ruin this and for some reason I think it was my mother-in-law who added….. carrots…..ew!
Chris was kind enough to mention that there are even more used for the Jel-Ring Mold besides simply Jell-O. For instance, you can use it to enhance “food presentation”. Prepare mashed potatoes, rice, potato salad or macaroni salad, fill a lightly sprayed Jel-Ring Mold with food and then flip it out and serve on a pretty platter! You can also use the mold to hold meatloaf. I love this idea because my family goes bonkers over meatloaf! Just prepare your meatloaf recipe, press it into a lightly sprayed mold, flip it out onto a baking sheet and bake! When it’s done, you can fill the center with rice or mashed potatoes. I’m definitely doing this! How about using it with Rice Krispie treats? Again, prepare the recipe as usual, press it into the mold and flip it out onto a cake server and enjoy!
Both can be ordered on my website: www.partycareer.com
Thanks again Chris for making me hungry! No more new articles today, I’m off to buy Jell-O ingredients!! Shari

Anyone can bring out the china or glass appetizer or snack bowls, so why not create something unique that your guests will keep talking about after the party is over!
