Learn to embroider and make a great fireworks designed T-shirt for 4th of July at the same time!
This red, white and blue T is perfect for the big day and the kid’s can even help you make it. The fireworks do take a bit of patience, but it’s only one embroidery stitch to master, and they can add fireworks to the front, back, sleeves, cut-off shorts, sockes, you name it!!
- Appropriate sizes of T-shirts
- Embroidery floss for fireworks
- Embroidery Needle
- Embroidery Hoop
1. Start by drawing on the fireworks patterns with a pencil and positioning your patterns inside the embroidery hoop.
2. Use a simple running stitch and cover the pencil lines you created.
When the fireworks T shirt is finished, wear it with pride and have a blast! Heehee.
If you enjoy making your embroidered T-shirt, you might like to try a contrasting starts shirt or even a rick rack flag design! Check them out in our Kid’s Sewing projects section.
