I love it. So far,I have gotten away with using a very small prelit table toppper as a "nightlight" of sorts and at different holidays or birthdays it takes very little to transform it.. - Brendalynne

It was quite a challenge for my family to allow the tree to be up all year. When friends visited it was a real conversation starter, we had our house on the market during the summer months of this and I just put a note on the tree stating that I was not a nut...doubt if they believed it! But like Marie suggests, a mantle would be nice, or try a little table top tree in a foyer. It was fun and although they seemed embarrassed by it, every month my family wanted to know what the new theme was going to be. Try it...they might like it!

I love the thought of leaving my tree up all year though my family wouldn't agree... i love your ideas for all the trees but admit I love the autumn and halloween ones the best (next to Christmas and January's of course) Maybe... just maybe I can "leave it up" this year and see what happens!! ha ha haaa - sheebers

You know, I am not a big fan of the "Tree for All Seasons", but I absolutely love all the peaks at the trees that you have done. I especially like the April one. (And, guess what, I have an August birthday, too -- so, how appropriate was that?!) Even though I would not do the large tree, I would use all those ideas from your trees to do a mantle for all seasons, or if using a tree I would maybe choose branches from a hardwood tree. - Marie
