Becoming a vegetarian changed my life in a couple ways. I lowered my cholesterol, I lost a few pounds, and best of all, I learned about a whole new world of food. I now love tofu and have used it in a variety of ways in recipes. I enjoy vegetable protein in sauces and chili, and I have learned to prepare vegetables in just about every way imaginable! It's been a great journey and whether you try to become vegetarian or not, you should at least try some of these great flavors and food combinations.
